Long pre-infusion at constant pressure Bianca has eliminated the mechanical pre-infusion present in the E61 group, replacing it with the LCC-Paddle pairing, which enables pump on and pump off times to be programmed, obtaining a constant pre-infusion pressure for a much longer duration. Setting maximum pump pressure In order to extract the best from each coffee variety or roasting degree, each barista can decide to modify the pump calibration (up to a maximum of 12 bar) via the adjustment screw. Pressure variation affects pre-infusion and paddle behavior. Extraordinary extraction The filter holder has a diameter of 58mm with a wooden handle and a Coffee Slide outlet that accompanies the coffee into the cup and actively contributes to the creation of the espresso.
